Meetings for Consultation and Engagement of Services

Submitting a consultation request via our website – whether regarding a flat fee meeting or free consultation – does not create an attorney-client relationship. A consultation is meant to be informational only and for the purpose of assessing whether or not our firm is the right fit for your needs. An attorney-client relationship only exists once our clients have signed and confirmed our engagement agreement. Our firm, through our sole discretion, reserves our right to refuse representation and we make no guarantees of representation until completed information has been reviewed by the attorney. Please contact our office directly for information on fees relating to consultations and representation.

Fees, Payments and Refunds

Priest and Ellis, PLLC provides consultation and representation fees that are clear, direct, and to the point. Consultation for family law services is $200.00. Consultation for criminal law services is free of charge. Some family and criminal law services may be contracted on a flat-fee basis, while others are billed on an hourly basis. All sums due are to be paid as indicated in your engagement letter or fee contract. Refund of any sums paid for non-used services or cancellations will be returned according to your specific fee agreement with the firm. Please call our office for further information regarding billed and payment policies.
